You can bring your own skiing or snowboarding gear or you can rent some at the resort. They have individual items or complete equipment packages that give you everything from the helmet to the skies and more. Prices range from $13 to $70. You can also get repairs done here if you need them. If you’re new to these winter sports or simply want to master your technique, you can sign up for a skiing or snowboarding lesson with others around your age. If you have young ones between six months and six years old who aren’t quite old enough, ready, or willing to spend hours on the mountain, you can drop them off at the resort’s daycare while you spend time in the snow.

Next time you’re looking for a winter adventure full of outdoor activities, pack your RV and head to Montana. The town of Whitefish is home to a spotlight slope and has everything that you need for a memorable and wonderful ski and winter camping trip.
