It is a small village nestled amid the White Mountains in New Hampshire where you can enjoy the stunning mountain views and see the tallest peak in New England, Mt. Washington, standing at 6,288 feet tall. If you’re an avid hiker or climber, you will find plenty of hiking trail challenges. A few other North Conway’s popular areas include Diana’s Baths and Echo Lake State Park. You can start by visiting Echo Lake State Park just outside of North Conway. It is a 535-acre park perfect for families to have a picnic and go swimming, canoeing, or kayaking. From there, you can take the scenic trail that leads you to Cathedral Ledge State Park to see the spectacular views of the Saco River.

The Saco River takes you through some of the best nature views in the area. You can go on a canoeing, kayaking, tubing, or rafting adventure, especially during the early spring season. If you prefer to explore waterfalls, you must visit Diana’s Baths north of North Conway Village in Bartlett, NH. The waterfalls at Diana’s Baths cascade into pools perfect for swimming and exploring. There is nothing better than lazily swimming in a pool of fresh river water with the sound of waterfalls nearby.

For nature lovers who prefer hiking, Mount Chocorua is a must-visit. It is one of the most popular mountains in the southern end of the White Mountains, and hikers will find plenty of trail routes to pick.
